Plans to build a Hilton hotel at Nashville International Airport (BNA) have been announced. The hotel is being built by Chartwell Hospitality in partnership with Rockbridge.
the former is a fully integrated real estate company. It specializes in acquisition, development and Management of quality branded hotels with limited service and full service hotels. Rockbridge, on the other hand, is a private investment firm that has been investing in and building brands since 1999.
The proposed Hilton Hotel building will offer travelers a higher standard of service and comfort. In addition, it will create new job opportunities and boost the local economy in Nashville. In addition, the hotel will contribute to BNA’s rise as one of the top airports in the nation.
Expectations for the new Hilton Hotel at Nashville International Airport
The New Hilton Hotel at Nashville International Airport will be the first and only hotel on MNAA property located at the airport terminal door. It will also be the tallest structure at BNA.

Beginning July 1, 2022, vertical development on the Hilton site will create hundreds of construction jobs. After the opening, around 150 full-time positions will be offered. The hotel will have 292 rooms and 1,600 square meters of conference space. There will be a rooftop pool and sky bar with a special view of Nashville Airport.
There is a large fitness center on the top level to take advantage of the view as well. Travelers can enjoy coffee, drinks and pre-flight meals at the hotel’s coffee shop, lobby bar and full-service restaurant.
