IDM Companies breaks ground for the 476-unit Acero Queen Creek Station

IDM Companies announced that construction has begun on a 476-unit apartment building in Queen Creek, Arizona. IDM was drawn to the location because of the number and quality of retail facilities nearby, its central location in Queen Creek, and the ability to offer additional apartment buildings in this underserved market. Since 2019, the project has been IDM’s eighth multi-family community project in the metropolis of Phoenix with a total of 2,700 units.
